Email Properties Alerts

User can set a criteria and set email property alert. This feature of Home Villa Theme send users email whenever a new properties matching with his criteria is available. From the setting menu, user can either opt to receive alerts immediately after a property has been added / updated, or a summary email of relevant ads once a day. It all depends on the frequency user select to be notified.
